Famous for kueh. Yam kueh is hot item. Only manage to get 1 piece. Precious! The Orh Nee is not oily but a bit sweet. Gingo nut is hard.

The kuehs here are excellent. I’ve been a regular customer for >20 years. The ku chye kueh is the star for sure. Even though the price has gone up, it is still value for money because the fillings are generous and you won’t find this quality anywhere else in Singapore. BE WARNED THOUGH….The cashier aunty is the worst, really. The aunty took my order and told me to proceed to the cashier. Then, the cashier aunty shouted at me so loudly that it’s not my turn yet and to wait outside the shop. So please be warned that after getting your order number slip, step out of the shop and wait for your number to be called in Chinese.

The Teochew kueh were excellent! Tasty and authentic! I bought a few varieties to sample and they all tasted very nice 👍🏻 It’s a simple shop and probably has been there for decades. One may miss it if not paying attention to it. They were mainly for take away. I didn’t notice any sitting places for dining in. It was a quiet time when I was there and the auntie was helpful in promoting their kueh and other food items. One recommendation: lightly steam the kueh and they would bring out the flavour even more. The kueh were all very filling and I believe they were also very a lot of lard. So, don’t overbuy like what I did as I couldn’t finish them 😄

This is my favorite dish, it's a lot of vegetables in this chive pancake. It tastes different from other places but similar to the ones in Thailand.
