Excellent service! I ordered pick up, and arrived early, so I was just waiting off the side, while keeping a lookout for my drinks. I ordered 6 cups of plum green tea with plum jelly (5 with sugar, 1 without). Service lady/girl made sure that all the cups are filled with the drinks that she'd prepared/mixed, and I'm amazed at this action. Okay, just hear me out. Experience with all the known brands, like Liho, Gong Cha, iTea, they will usually top up with some of the base drink (e.g. black tea, milk tea) to fill up the drink. But yet, for my zero sugar drink, the lady mixed prepared more of the plum green tea, rather than just to fill up the difference with plain green tea! Wow! Really quality product! Younger sis feels that it's a bit pricey, but the plum green tea with plum jelly is amazing! I've not had anything nicer or close to this from anywhere else. You have got to try it. It's not overly sour or sweet, just the right balance. Thanks for the great service and product!

3 stars for their Peppermint Milk Tea because it was wayyyyy too sweet!! I requested for 0% sugar but the white pearls that came with the Peppermint Milk Tea were coated in so much syrup, it made the drink taste like a 75% sugar drink instead :/ otherwise, this would be one of the better Peppermint Milk Teas out there. Would recommend the branch to provide a version that doesn’t come with the white pearls! As of now, they only sell the Peppermint Milk Tea at $4, which automatically comes with white pearls.

Every drink we have tried here is amazing. Just get the recommended stuff on the poster and you can’t go wrong. The chocolate and strawberry shakes are amazing because they have this machine to shake things up for you. The drink is light and not diluted, highly recommended.

It is really 0% sugar. It does not have the slight sweetness from coconut water because they use coconut milk instead, hence would recommend minimal sugar level.

This brand serves the perfect kind of grass jelly for my earl grey milk tea! Finally found the perfect match haha!
