Famous duck rice stall in Hougang. I tried their duck noodles, it was equally good as their rice. Braised duck was soft and easy to chew. Sambal chilli is a must try. Soup was rich with deep flavours. Definitely worth the visit !

One of the best duck rice stalls in Singapore. Their rich and dark duck gravy is luscious and very flavourful, while my family members especially praised the tender duck meat and duck wings. They offer two types of chilli, and I only tried the one made with generous amounts of ikan bilis. It turned out to be surprisingly delicious, savoury, and incredibly addictive. Definitely come before 12pm, as I’ve seen the stall sell out shortly after noon on the few occasions we dined there.

Had a really satisfying meal at Ming Fa Duck Rice at 105 Hougang Hawker Centre! The portion is worth it for just $4, definitely enough to fill you up. The duck meat is chopped nice and thick, not those thin thin slices, so you really get a good bite every time. I added Tau Kwa and Pig skin, and wow, everything was so tasty. The flavours all came together really well, and the total was only $5. Honestly, great value and more than enough for an adult. Will definitely come back again!

Good really value for money braised duck $4 and $5. The savory bring a tinge of sweetness. The portion is really generous. 4* due to the rice and some part of the meat a tad dry. But can be resolved by pouring the good flavorful duck soup to soften the rice. Ikan bills sambal is the star. So good that you can eat it on its own. Would definitely go again. This are the type of stall that should survive and pass down to the next generation for the taste and heritage.
