It's excellent. Everything is homemade. It's our first time there and the boss personally introduced us to the menu dish by dish, and patiently answered whatever queries we had. The mushroom soup is as good as Marché's and Soup Spoon's, without ++. The pork knuckles is fantastic, but the serving size is too much for me. Fret not, the staff helped us to dabao so that we can bring back the leftovers. If you are not a pork person, the grilled chicken chop is great too. Totally worth it. Good food, good service, good ambience. There were others who just sit there and chill with cold beer. They also serve free cold water.

What a gem, price is reasonable to the quality of the food. $10 for a reasonable portion of pork knuckle with mash and sour kraut. $15 for a Sunday roast beef special. Plus, the service and ambience is good, what more can one ask for? If you like beer, you can try the Benediktiner dark, which I preferred even though white/light one is recommended.

Came here with the boys for a good catch up. The beers and fries were fantastic and worth ($25 for 5 beers), which we started off with since the knuckles were not ready yet. We then ordered pork schnitzel, bangers and mash and full pork knuckle to share. The pork schnitzel, bangers and mash and spaghetti were amazing, and the truffle soup was fantastic as well. The only downside is that the pork knuckle was dry and tough, and the skin chewy rather than crispy. Feels like the flagship item should be a little more impressive than the meat patties and sausages. It was the only dampener in an otherwise fantastic meal. Hope it will be better next time!

The service staff is the boss himself. Great location. No GST. No Service charge Free flow ice water Very Very affordable for a pork knuckles for the price of $10! But obviously the pork knuckle is for only one serving. The taste is fantastic! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The steak I ordered medium-well (I'm not a big fan of bloody meat) but I came out very nice... tender and juicy for the price of $12 whoosh! That is freakin cheap... But it would be better if sides is changeable. The mash potato is kinda let down, it will be better if it's made of real potato instead of powdered potato... But overall is still considered great price, great food!

Good value for pork knuckles and spaghetti. Dishes is about 10 to 13 dollars per plate. And its quite a fun place to hang out. Chang beers by the bottle is $5. Having said that i was expecting the pork knuckles to be better. The $10 platter i ordered had a serving of pork knuckles, scoop of mash potatoes and a table spoon of kraut. The pork was slightly porky tasting and it was on the dry side. The gravy was weak and thin. There wasnt enough kraut and it was bland. It needed a more sourish kick. I have tasted much better elsewhere, but mind you it also costed a lot more.
