There is no queue system during lunch hours at this outlet. The ‘restaurant’, no I should say the shop is full but there are people standing inside and waiting beside other diners. While some others stood outside the shop, not sure what to do as there is no line to queue or any staff around. Imagine the discomfort and unpleasant experience the existing diners had with people standing beside and pressuring them while they’re dining. I didn’t know they had a hawker culture in this shop. Not sure if the staffs are aware or just don’t care. Anyway, I stood outside, observed for awhile and decided to leave. I didn’t want anyone to stand and wait beside me while I have my meal later. 🙃🙃

Mala base soup and the clear broth are up to standard. Price wise still reasonable. Ingredients looks fresh and there is free flow of kimchi.

Interesting concept of weighing the raw items by yourself. Apparently veggies or meat, same price, so better take more meat. Help yourself to the limited range of drinks and pay at counter. No cup. No ice. Hence, no service or minimum service. Taste is not bad. Appreciate that there is free flow of kimchi. And you can formula your own sauce too.

If I have an option to give 0 stars I definitely would have given, there’s a queue of guest waiting for payment but none of the staff came by, the lady that’s cooking the dishes look at us a few times but didn’t even came forward or even tell the other staff saying that there’s guest waiting for payment. Apparently when the total amount came by I was shocked by the price and amount of food. Doesn’t looks like it worth the price for the amount that I ordered. I don’t know if they even “tare” the weighing scale, but this is too exaggerate. Not coming back anymore

Visited this restaurant during dinner time. There is usually a crowd so there may be a queuing time, but the the waiting time for the seats is quite fast. The choosing of the food is self service, and the food charge is measured in grams. The soup is so tasty, and when an egg is added, there is a creamy texture to the soup. The ingredients are fresh too! The spiciness of the soup is comfortable too. Overall, the service is quite fast and the soup is delicious. For this quality, the price is quite reasonable!
