Got the mixed pig organs soup and braised pig trotters rice and it was an absolute banger of a meal. The pig trotters were fatty but still came with good chunks of meat, braised peanuts and half an egg. The soup was absolutely delicious with good amounts of meat inside. Total $12, it was honestly too much for one pax but an indulgence.

Provided feedback to the beverage stall staff that the bottom of the tray for the dark soy sauce and pepper bottles that i used for my kaya butter and toast set was stained with soy sauce. My hands was stained when i used it not knowing the soy sauce bottle was soiled with the sauce too. It was not a busy time at about 5 pm with no other customer in queue when i approached the staff and it was a relatively easy task to wash the tray and bottle. Instead of taking the tray to wash it, she asked me to put it back to where I took from. She claimed she has no time to clean one tray at a time and it is done together at end of day. I told her that other customers would end up staining their hands when using it. There was no need to check the other trays. In a service oriented F&B operator, they would have apologised to customer and clean up the tray and bottle immediately. Dont expect this at this Koufu beverage outlet. Generally most of the staff at this beverage stall are not friendly or approachable. A few has attitude problem though there are a few good and friendly ones though. I hope Koufu will notice this and groom the staff to improve their customer service. P.S. I provided above feedback to Koufu website. Till now, there was no reply.

Ordered a Char Siew Bao. Bao was not hot like last time. Half cold half lukewarm. Took a bite and asked the counter lady why it's mushy and not hot. She say it's like that because they changed the steamer water and the bao is not hot yet. That's it. She expects me to eat it. No apologies and Totally ignore the fact its not hot and taste bad. Very bad attitude and food quality.

The vegetable pancakes here are incredibly delicious; whenever I come here, I buy quite a few—they're tasty and a great deal.

Koufu Hougang RiverCourt is my favourite place for breakfast and coffee, and I visit almost every day. The coffee is consistently good and relatively affordable compared to other coffeeshop and the atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would like to give special recognition to Linda and Carmen for their exceptional customer service. Every morning, the queue can be very long, yet they always manage it with remarkable speed, efficiency, and professionalism. They work seamlessly as a team, communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and ensure every order is prepared accurately without making customers feel rushed. What impressed me the most is that despite the busy crowd, they never lose their warm smiles or friendly attitude. They greet customers politely, remain patient with everyone, and make each person feel welcomed. Their positive energy and dedication truly brighten the start of my day.
