Visited on 24 Aug, 7.30PM Not a good experience, unfortunately. I was ordering coconut smoothies and asked for less sugar and less ice. The staff responded, “It’s smoothie leh,” while giving me a look that made me feel like it was a ridiculous request. I was quite taken aback and asked what I could customise instead. She then said only the sugar level could be adjusted. What surprised me even more is that other smoothie places, such as Boost Juice, do allow customers to request less ice, so it really wasn’t an unreasonable question. If that’s simply not an option here, she could have explained it politely instead of making the customer feel stupid for asking. Perhaps the staff member was inexperienced or unfamiliar with how such requests are usually handled, but the attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. A simple, respectful explanation would have been enough.

No sense of awareness for customers who are waiting to be served. Kept their back faced to waiting customers who hasn't placed their order. Just preparing the drinks only. Even when acknowledged, still let me wait.

Really appreciate and gotta commend the service at HG outlet today! There was a system error with my pre-order ( at least order 30-40mins in advance) and my drink wasn’t ready when I arrived to pick up, but Yong Jie handled it so well. He patiently explained the issue, offered a solution right away, and made sure it was taken care of. His sincerity and effort really made the difference—it turned a potentially bad experience into a good one. This is the type of service most places lack of tbh. Thank you Yong Jie and Liho for training out a good staff! Cheers! 💪

One of my favourite bubble tea outlets around this area. Shop is clean, tidy and most important the service rendered by most of the staff here is excellent! Especially Ms. Linh who can remember what is my usual favourite drink and sweetness level. Please keep up the good work... Thanks!💯👍

My girls’ favourite bubble tea shop at Hougang Mall. I noticed that their menu has changed recently with lesser options. However, I always order their signature Classic Milk Tea with Golden Pearls for my girls. It is really less sweet based on request of 25% sugar. It is affordably priced at $4/cup. I hope to see a bench at the shop for customers in case waiting time gets longer when it is crowded.
