View on GoogleWas at the newly renovated Hougang Mall and spotted a Thai snack stall called Fire Fry 🔥🇹🇭 — a convenient, Muslim-friendly Thai takeaway spot perfect for a quick grab-and-go meal. The concept is simple and fuss-free. They offer bentos with decent flavours, skewers for snacking, plus classic Thai-style fried bananas and sweet potatoes if you’re just looking for a quick bite. Service was fast, which makes it great for busy days. We tried the fried banana and sweet potato — flavour was good, though my SO felt they were slightly more oily compared to similar Thai snack stalls. We also picked a mix of skewers, and they packed 4 sticks neatly into one container: • Chicken cocktail sausage • Fishball • Homemade otah balls (fish & chicken) • Fish & chicken ngoh hiang balls What stood out was how they finished the skewers — each stick was dipped in their Thai-style spicy sauce, warming it up before serving in a cup. A pretty interesting and unique way of serving skewers 🌶️🔥 📍 Grand Opening Alert Fire Fry’s Hougang Mall outlet officially opens on 27 December 2025, from 12pm. They’ll be giving out 200 free skewers (2 per person), so drop by if you love Thai snacks! A straightforward, no-frills Thai snack stop — worth checking out if you’re in the area. #FireFry #ThaiSnacks #ThaiFoodSG #HougangMall #HougangEats #SGFoodies #SGStreetFood #GrabAndGoEats #MuslimFriendlySG #HalalFriendlySG #ThaiSkewers #SkewerLovers #FriedBanana #ThaiStyle #NewFoodSpot #SGEats #FoodieSG #SupportLocalSG #mealsphotos @firefry.sg
View on GoogleWe ordered Bento B (chicken cutlet) and Bento D (Thai basil chicken), each priced at around $6.80. The chicken portion in Bento B was really small, I only realized it later because it was hidden under the sauce. The Thai basil chicken was tasty, but if you’re sensitive to spice, you might want to request no chili. Overall, the food was just decent and the portion sizes were reasonable for the price. They also have some street food options. Will probably try those next time!
View on GoogleGREAT JOB MAN- to the bosses of this brand you have successfully hired employees who either just don’t care about customers request / concerns . When I reach back my rice was not edible because it’s bloated with sauce when I clearly state seperate the sauce. When your employees do such tricks- it clearly shows how you are actually managing the company . TERRIBLE
View on GoogleI swear this is the amount of minced chicken basil they gave me. And the taste…cannot…really cannot.
