Standard fried rice, not as good as DTF. Bit disappointed to be honest but I had high expectations. The rice was too oily, pork was bit dry, plate was too small and rice kept overflowing making the table a mess. This could have been fine but the pork wasn't slice through at all, felt like the staff just cut halfway and it wasn't even evenly cut. The cashier tried to upsell the fried egg right away, which is quite rare for coffee shop to do that. Felt just like any soulless chain in mall with inconsistent service and food standard but at a coffee shop. Total price was 7.9 for one dish. Don't recommend unless you live nearby and crave absolutely fried rice. Last, the waiting time from paying to receiving the food was 10mn despite no queue in sight.

Went with the pork chop egg fried rice valued at $7.40. Abit more on the pricier end. However, the portions are generous. One might consider the rice "too oily" although I believe this to add to its flavour, as expected of good fried rice. The pork chops were rather dry by my standards although my family considered it to be succulent and rather juicy. Short-grain rice was also use which is true to the Din Tai Fung style which tends to absorb flavours with better than other types of grain Similarity wise, it does come substantially close although a certain "umami" is missing, presumably due to the underutilization of chicken MSG or some other ingredient that usually gives DTF that ump flavour. Notwithstanding, this was a perfect cooked and well-balanced fried rice and was packed with lots of flavour. The lead time was quick and the food came in under seasons. But then again, had this relatively early at the start of business day when there was no crowd. All in all, rating it 4 as it's missing that final touch that is prominent in DTF fried rice. Nonetheless, very delicious and would return for another plate.

Specifically headed over after sawing their review online, discovered Ding Tai Feng level pork cutlet fried rice.. with more generous portions and meatier cutlet. The price point makes it even more deserving of the five stars rating, making this wholesome dish available to us even for usual lunchtime! A definite must try! The chilli is great as well!

Coated in an eggy yellowish colour, their egg fried rice is simply delicious. The sweet juicy pork chop is well seasoned and cooked to perfect tenderness. Do add their fried chilli to give the rice an additional smoky and peppery taste. It really goes very well with the fried rice and pork chop.
