Extremely disappointing experience. Carpark is not cheap. Despite recent renovations, the place remains unbearably hot due to poor ventilation and an underpowered fan system. Even more alarming is the rodent infestation—rats were visibly running around the premises. This raises serious hygiene and safety concerns. Authorities like the SFA or NEA should urgently inspect this location to ensure public health standards are being met.
