This established stall (operated by a local healthy aged couple since 1979) has a strong AMK customer's base. I believe they offer only the mee Siam n mee rebus all done in the Chinese style). I had eaten the mee Siam n loved the texture of beehoon n coconutty sauce which was yummy. It's a simple n humble breakfast. Priced at only $3.50 for small portion and hard to find this affordable meal in Singapore! Ingredients included slices of eggs n taupok! Value for $$$ The two owners are in the 70s n 80s. Very chatty and friendly couple. Go Support them before they decide to retire or you might miss their version of a simple meal

This stall has been around this hawker centre for a long time. It is very popular for its mee siam. It comes in four different sizes s/m/l/xl. Today I ordered the "L" size mee siam for take away and it comes with 2 eggs. The texture of the rice vermicelli is perfect and it is also flavourful. The mee siam gravy is so yummy. Service is quick and friendly.

Authentic awesome Mee Siam. The couple had been maning their stall for 40 over years. Every time when I had the opportunity to go to AMK, I would never miss my favourite stall. It's great Be prepared to queue

Ordered a plate of Mee Siam, and it seems that everyone only orders Mee Siam. Maybe that is the only dish they sell. There is little or no queue, but there is a constant flow of customers. It is the Chinese type of Mee Siam and not the the.Malay-sweet or Malay-sour type. Taste good but nothing really special. Rating is 3.5 stars.

With the small size plate, there are some dry bean curb, an full egg. Although it is a stall that has long tradition but I find the mee siam just normal. The gravy is not sour enough as I had been taking such mee siam.
