I heard about the revamp, so I decided to drop by and see the changes—the first thing I noticed was how much more comfortable the place feels now. Better lighting, cleaner setup, and overall just a nicer space to dine in. Came during a slightly busy time, but service was still quite smooth, and the food didn’t take long to arrive. Tried the mutton soup, and honestly, it was mind-blowing. Tried the Caifan stall as well; nothing overly fancy, but solid and satisfying—the kind of meal you know you can rely on. Overall, a noticeable improvement after the revamp. A more comfortable setting, dependable food, and a spot I’d keep in mind when around the neighbourhood.
View on GoogleCame here recently after the revamp and am honestly quite impressed with how much it has changed. The whole place feels more refreshed now — cleaner tables, better lighting, and overall a much nicer atmosphere to sit down and enjoy a meal. Food-wise, it didn’t disappoint at all. The dishes have that classic, wok-hei kind of flavor—especially the fried items and zi char-style dishes; you can really taste the consistency. It’s the kind of place where you come with friends or family, order a few plates to share, and everything just works. Considering it’s located near busy food spots like Tian Yi Vegetarian Food and Wan Tom Food Stall, it definitely holds its own in terms of quality and taste. Also appreciated how efficient the service was—food came out quite fast even during peak timing, and the staff were attentive. Overall, the revamp really made a difference. Better environment, same solid food, and a place I wouldn’t mind coming back to regularly. 👌
View on GoogleCame back after the revamp and honestly… this whole area feels like it leveled up. 🔥 The place is so much cleaner, brighter, and more comfortable now—definitely not your usual old-school coffeeshop vibe anymore. What I really like is how the standard of food here has improved A LOT. With all the well-known spots around Cheng San Market like Tian Yi Vegetarian and other long-time favourite hawker stalls nearby, you can really feel the competition pushing everyone to maintain quality. And it shows the food here is seriously solid. Proper hearty, comforting zi char and local dishes that hit every single time. The kind of place where everything on the table just feels satisfying. Not even exaggerating—I'm willing to travel all the way from the WEST just to eat here. That’s how worth it it is. Service is fast, staff are friendly, and with the upgraded environment, the whole experience just feels way more enjoyable now. After the revamp, this place is no longer just a neighborhood spot—it's somewhere I would actually recommend people to go out of their way for. 💯
View on GoogleMutton Soup at Sunday F&B coffee shop. AMK locals favorite. Take number first and pay only when you collect the food. Highly recommend for those who love to eat mutton soup with herbs. Usual waiting time is around 20 to 30 mins. But worth waiting as the soup is very delicious. Close at 5pm.
View on GoogleNewly renovated in May 2023. Kopi c ti lok is excellent. Strong coffee taste and not acidic. Good food here as well, eg. nasi lemak, fried carrot cakes, mutton soup etc.
