Used to not have caffeine-free options, now they have peach juice which my kids love. This outlet is outdoors and in the hot sun, gets really hot during the day while waiting for drink.

This KOI outlet is outside AMK Hub, next to Mixue. Quite a small outlet, but otherwise standard, taste and service is consistent with other outlets.

Unacceptable waiting time. Long queue of customers waiting for their orders but they prioritize delivery orders and keep a whole bunch of in-person customers waiting.

I would like to provide my feedback (not a complaint) regarding my KOI “Macchi” app order on 18/01/2026 at KOI AMK Hub. Although my receipt shows a 1-for-1 voucher with a S$5.30 discount and a total order amount of S$12.60, the app charged me S$8.30 instead of the correct S$7.30, indicating a calculation error in the system. Attached is the KOI receipt for the wrong calculated amount as evidence.

Despite the weekends + pre cny crowds and the non stop online orders, the staff were very fast with live orders. The guy at the counter, short hair with black glasses, was very meticulous with his work. He answered customer questions with care and was knowledgeable about his work in general. He also wiped down every drink with a wet cloth, which I thought was pretty nice since the cups might get drink residue spilled onto it during preparation. The two ladies making the drinks were also very fast despite the many incoming orders. Kudos to everyone on shift today, I wish you all the best! -A happy customer 15:22, 15/2/26
