Gik Gik Heng certainly serves 1 of the best spare ribs with prawns noodles in Singapore! Great taste and great value! Great personal service as both the bosses will take their time to get to know you and your preferences better.

$4 prawn noodle, with chicken strips and pig skin (5 pieces) is a very reasonable price.. nice taste and filling too. Compared to some other stalls at more central AMK Hub there, this place is a steal with good taste too.. Try to see if I am right loh...

A traditional lor mee/prawn mee stall formerly from Blk 27A Commonwealth Ave. Saw someone having bowl of lor mee that looks so traditional and such a big bowl. Definitely must try. So yeah, ordered a bowl for $4. Wow! Look at the generous portion!! Certainly did not disappoint, so amazed by the very dark lor which had the perfect viscosity, neither too thick nor watery with a nice hint of herbal taste. Kway teow is nicely cooked, smooth & chewy. Given quite alot of 好料 with braised pork, half egg, fishcake/ngoh hiang combo. Their *secret* recipe fried crispies are especially yummy!! Tasting like 菜饼, not tasted in other lor mee before. Will be back for prawn mee soon! We went for the delicious lor mee last week. As promised, we came back for the prawn mee. Heard that their chili was explosive so we're here to try it. Ordered pork ribs prawn kway teow soup & dry each at $5 that comes with very fresh and succulent prawns, meaty and soft pork ribs and chewy pig skin! Love the thick kind of kway teow, very nice and chewy. We love their prawn broth, traditional kind of black prawn broth, not oily with sweetish prawn taste. Not thirsty after done. 5 star for it!! Secret ingredients ain't secret ingredients without secret ingredients. And their secret weapon for the dry style is their chili. The first mouthful shocked with a very 呛鼻的辣味 like an explosion!! 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵. Very shiock and powerful chili. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Will be back for more!! 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

Chance upon this stall at Cheng San Food Market, so decided to give it a try. Ordered the prawn and pork ribs noodles (dry version). At $4.00, you will get ingredients of the standard yellow noodles, bean sprouts, 3 pieces of prawn, 5 pieces of pork ribs and 5 pieces of pork skin. The noodles were cooked just right and when you mixed it thoroughly with their fragrant sambal chilli, it was unbelievably good and deliciously spicy enough. The soup smelled nice and prawny, but when you taste it, it was light and mild in flavour, maybe I was hoping for something more thicker, more heavyweight in flavour. Overall, this stall was still good and decent. At $4, it was still considerably affordable and recommended to give it a try.
