ordered a gyudon and paid than suddenly the staff came out to alert me that they were sold out of beef. i nicely asked for a refund than the guy in the picture came out from the back and rudely said that issuing a refund would take a few days. he offered the yakiniku don instead but in his sentence he said “i’m giving you something more expensive for what you paid for” which was very rude of him. why was i hearing two different information from the stars stating beef was sold out and suddenly there’s beef available for another time?? we told him it would have been nice if he had alerted us from the beginning when we entered that they were sold out of the gyudon maybe? but he fought back by scolding us for not queuing and just entering the store when they was clearly no staff at the counter and very little people so we just opted to get a seat on our own. he scolded us for not queueing and said it’s not his fault for us not knowing there were times that were sold out. if it had been sold out, why was there no signage or the item being crossed out on the menu or when we were ordering online via the qr on the table. it’s fine if you’ve sold out of an item at that hour but it would have been nice if you explained the situation rather than just scolding us for not queueing and all. so so rude of him.

Service was excellent. Came quick and staff offered to help when I couldn’t check out the first time. The taste of the bibimbap was not bad, the sauce was a lot which was great. It is just that the vegetables were a bit scant and it arrived lukewarm. Good effort though. Next time I’ll stick to my usual gyudon set.

Been here a few times. Each time quickly assigned to seat. Premise are always clean. Staff in the picture always smiley and warm. Better experience here as compared to other sukiya outlet. Keep up the good work.

My favourite go-to Japanese beef rice bowl. Plenty of sizes to fit various appetites of my family. Food has been consistently good over the numerous times that I have ate.

Super convenient location right in the hub same level with bus interchange. Love their variety sets in the menu and the price so affordable. We had Gyudon sets and it was delicious.The matcha latte was nice balance of matcha and milk. The only missing thing is cut fresh chillies to add the kick! Hope they could provide that as side special request. Special mention to staff @Vijay, who was helpful in our food ordering. Definitely will come back to try their Soboro.
