Wanted a quick bite so decided to stop at MOS Burger. You use the machine to order though someone will take your order if you want to order via a human. The fish burger was quite good but the standout was the hash brown, freshly fried, thick and crunchy.

The service was extremely slow. My food took around 20-25 minutes to be prepared even though there weren’t many customers. i also noticed several other customers waiting for a long time. It felt like the staff were taking their own time instead of serving customers efficiently. Looking through the reviews, it seems that many other customers have had similar experiences, so this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. i hope they improve their service speed because the long wait was very frustrating.

Slow service despite very little crowd. Ordered a set meal to go, went to dabao other food from basement, came back and still not ready. When i got my food and left the mall, i realised they missed out my drink order

Zero stars if possible. After waiting for almost 15mins for just 1 drink order, I had to go to the counter to make noise before they packed my order. All the staff including the man in blue moved like snails.
