This has been our first Jack’s Place and we keep coming back to create more memories on special occasions. Today, Waratan, Amy and their team did an awesome job by playing along for a surprise birthday. Amy was always looking out for us to ensure we were well taken care of. Staff serving us were warm, friendly and attentive. Thank you Waratan & Amy for being so professional and accommodating with our special request. Food wise is always perfect! We will definitely be back again!

Came here to celebrate 60 Years with Jack! The limited time Flank was ok, but the Special Steak and the Lobster Bisque were great as always!😋

Been coming here for decades, and it’s one of the first few Jack’s Place restaurants from back in the day. There’s a comforting sense of familiarity every time I visit. Their mushroom soup never fails and is a must-order for me. I also never miss their escargots and it’s becoming a habit every visit. The fish & chips and their signature fire / sambal steak are true classics, having stayed on the menu for decades. Definitely go for the hot plate dishes for the baked potato, generously topped with their sauce and crispy bacons! Simple but so satisfying. Service has always been great too. The staff are attentive and helpful, making the overall dining experience pleasant and fuss-free.

Had lunch at Jack's Place (AMK) on 1st July. The sizzling steak was delicious, the service staff was polite, patience and attentive. A special thanks to the restaurant manager, Mr Krishnan for personally checking that my elderly parent's steak was well done. He also took the time to visit other tables to ensure guests were satisfied with both the food and services. As the saying goes, a restaurant's success isn't just about serving good food—it's also about providing excellent service. Mr Krishnan and his team certainly delivered both.

Went on a Friday night and the restaurant iis full house. The service and food is still good. My all time favourite, Jacks special steak, their lobster bisque has not change after all these years, still yummy. Wish their oyster is bigger
