Visited this restaurant for lunch again today—probably my 10th visit. We arrived around 2pm; it was quite crowded between 12:30pm and 2pm, which says a lot about its popularity. They have an extensive menu with a good variety of Chinese dishes. Today, we kept things light and ordered some familiar favourites: chye poh bean curd, duo kailan with chicken floss, and sambal sotong. The chye poh bean curd and duo kailan were good, but unfortunately the sambal sotong was a little rubbery. Since we are trying to be more health-conscious, we had their refreshing gibbos flower tea, which was a nice choice. I also really like their sambal chilli—it goes well with the dishes. I've tried their chilli crab before, although on that occasion I felt the crab wasn't as fresh as expected. Today, they were also running a fish head promotion. It looked quite tempting, but we didn't try it as we were keeping our lunch light. Overall, still a restaurant I enjoy coming back to, especially for the extensive menu and some of their familiar dishes.
View on GoogleFood is ok. Acceptable taste and promo for curry fish head and tofu $28.80 is good deal in a mall setting. However I would probably avoid visiting during peak hours / days as the staff couldn’t handle the crowd at all. We placed our order and after 30min, people after us have already been served except us. When we checked in with the staff they said they’ve forgotten to key in the order 😐 and the order was keyed in this time. Honestly if our order was forgotten, it felt more natural and fair to be prioritized first but I felt like we’ve been thrown into the natural queue instead. As we could see more people after us being served first, with the same dishes. In total we waited around 45min to be served. Not a good feeling.

View on GoogleGreat food! Aliyah and uncle Yian Soon are the best, she serves with a smile on her face! We truly enjoyed the dining experience. The uncle and the rest of the staff are attentive! 💖💖💖
View on GoogleA visit to changi city and was surprised by the amount of eateries here. Visited this outlet for dinner as it was relatively free. The menu was extensive and I was pleasantly surprised by our selection, namely the claypot xo crayfish tang hoon. Not too sure about the crayfish but the tang hoon was quite flavourful. Other dishes were good but not ourstanding. Overall a pleasant experience.
