we came here for lunch! the manager there was very friendly and accommodating. we had their omusoba, pork katsu don, salmon bowl, matcha latte and croque monsieur! the omusoba had spongy noodles, the pork katsu don had crispy and delicious pork! all of these dishes had creamy eggs, which showcased why tamago en is known for their eggs! their matcha latte was quite good as well. we'd definitely come back for more!

We went here for an early dinner and it was pleasant. Ambiance is good and cozy. Service and kitchen staff are attentive and accomodating. The food is presentable and eye appealing. Just the taste of one dish, maybe the manner of TKG cooking is not into my liking but overall is good experience. Kudos to the team. Keep up the good work!

Atmosphere is ok. Honestly food presentation ok but out of 3 dishes we ordered only pork sandwiches taste good. The rest are tasteless . Still they have quite a wide varities of food to choose from.

Staff was prompt and friendly. The overall taste was still authentic and good. However maybe I ask for lesser rice so it seem over saucy 😅. The egg was nicely done but I feel the amount was too little. I guess this is the closest I can get since I can’t be in Japan to enjoy the original . One gentle reminder for this outlet . You have to monitor those customer whom pull down their mask standing and talking loudly even during off peak hours . It’s for the safety of everyone this shouldn’t be compromised .

Have to say the best dish here is the soufflé pancake ! So soft and creamy! The ultimate steak burger was good. The Unatama Don has lots of small bones, but the menu did warn about it and the price is fair and of course cannot compare with premium unagi brands. Would come back again just for the soufflé pancake and try other dishes next time.
