The food itself was good. The beef bowl tasted nice, and overall the meal was satisfying. However, I was quite disappointed by the waiting time. This is a fast-food style restaurant, and most of the food already seemed to be prepared. For a takeaway order, I expected the process to be much faster, especially when the store was not busy. Waiting for more than 10 minutes just for the staff to put the beef and rice into a bowl felt unreasonable. The space is also quite small, and if you order takeaway, there is no proper waiting or seating area. Overall, the food was good, but the service speed and takeaway experience really need improvement.

Decided to have late lunch here on Sunday. Ordered Gyudon, with a coffee. My wife ordered Gyudon with Egg set; selected Miso Soup and Stir Fried Vege. Food practically served as soon as I finished ordering and making payment, probably a minute of so. However, the server did not separate the order to serve nicely. What I mean is all the items on the set meal to serve together. This is because the Gyudon I ordered, with Coffee and Miso soup were served first. Making my wife a little confused when the next tray was served, with her Gyudon, egg and vege. It was fine if there is not enough space on the tray, but the staff member should have mentioned it while serving it out. As for the food, it taste decent, and the coffee is not good. Overall, maybe I might come back for a quick meal, considering it is decently priced.

Om nom nom. Sometimes when you're eating at a coffee shop, and you order beef. You know how they often screw it up, give you a truly disgusitng cut? Sometimes it's the meat. Sometimes it's full of tendon. Sometimes it's way undercooked or overcooked. Beef isn't a new food! It's amazing how many places haven't figured it out after thousands of years of our ancestors looking at cows and pointing 'I bet that tastes delicious!' Every time I eat beef at a Japanese fast food chain, e.g. yoshinoya, sukiya etc, I'm always reminded that they've found out how to do it properly and consistently, and spread that knowledge around in what is evidently an efficient manner. Sukiya does it fine, presentably, consistently, pleasantly, palatable. Good value. If I wanted to critique one thing, would say pickled veggies don't taste the greatest. As compared to the now standard Chinese pickled veggies. Or maybe it's just my bias. The okra with bonita flakes was good. Miso soup was miso soup. Onsen egg was onsen. Spring onion was as spring onion does 🌱. Might start coming back regularly here after work. 😋

I’m dining it during lunch time. Ordered as per the recipe & enjoy the lunch. UNTIL ONE OF THE WAITER interrupts my lunch wanting to clear my table. She said my time is over 30mins. I understood the rule, but you need to see with your eyes that i’m not done with my lunch. My bowl still have food, my miso soup untouched.. Would never come back to this outlet

We happened to be there at lunch time and this outlet was not overly crowded (it's a small outlet) so we popped in for a quick lunch. The food was average (I found the sauce on my beef was a little salty), the outlet was clean and the staff friendly. We were showed to our table almost immediately and the food was also served quite promptly after online payment.
