We had an excellent Japanese feast. Loved the main dishes here. Both the Chirashi Don and the Unagi Don were satisfying. The seasonal Steamed Snow Crab Legs were a true highlight, perfectly juicy, tasty, and elevated by the accompanying yuzu sauce.
View on GoogleEdit: Still visiting once in awhile and food is still quite consistent. Will keep adding more photos ~ Came here on a weekday lunch. Waiting time was not too bad, food was good and portion was very filling too. Not too pricey given the quantity in their set meal, but really boils down to what you order. If you are not a huge eater, you can consider ordering their set meals and share it among 2 people. Will still fill you up and save costs too!
View on GoogleHad a great eating experience. Food is delicious & staffs were friendly especially Benny, he make our day a good one. Our baby had a fall & we were feeling mood-less during the meal, upon knowing about it, he did more than required by checking up on us frequently if we needed anything or refill.
View on GoogleI recently dined at Ichiban Sushi and was disappointed with the overall experience. The service has noticeably declined, and the restaurant was crowded with a wet and dirty floor. The tables were not properly cleaned, and the staff wasn't as polite as before. Their wasabi lacked freshness and tasted diluted. The Salmon Belly Sashimi was reasonably priced at $9.90, but the quality wasn't up to par. The slices didn't taste very fresh, and the cuts were poorly done, with bits of tendons in some pieces. The Lobster Salad Sushi also lacked freshness. The mini Cha soba was too diluted and didn't come with seaweed and wasabi, unlike other Japanese restaurants. One unfortunate incident involved water dripping from a wet tray onto my arms and sauces during food service. On a previous visit, they missed out on 2 x Chawamushi, and even though I paid for it, the mistake should have been avoided. I hope the restaurant improves on their services, food quality, and cleanliness for a better dining experience in the future.
View on GoogleOrdered a few items. The handroll seaweed were soggy. The fillings inside the handroll was a bit stingy. Sashimi hotate was better than salmon. Tempura was ok. Soba was ok. Grilled scallops were a bit dry.
