Very disappointed with the iced teh c kosong from Huggs at Changi. It was extremely bland and tasted almost like plain water, with barely any tea flavour or sweetness. When I asked the counter staff whether this was normal, they said it was. For the price, I expected a much better and more refreshing drink. Would not come again.

Come to this outlet at least three times a week to grab a latte and can’t complain about the latte which is good, the atmosphere is also comfortable but there is this particular staff of yours that is really rude and seems to be always in a bad mood, he never smiles and is always grouchy. Today after I took my coffee I was about to sit when he yelled at me, SIRRRRRR!!! When I looked at him he never looked at me but pointed to the other seats to sit there, later on I asked him for a tissue and he ignored me and another staff gave me one. Did he have to yell at me? How did I know that that area was closed. People in the cafe looked at me and I was embarrassed. Your management might want to talk to him about his attitude and maybe train him in basic manners.

Service has gotten worse. I stood in front of cashier but she paid no notice. She was on her phone & continued chatting with her colleagues. I had to sound out to her. Wanted to order the Classic Butter Croissant but she kept insisting that there is no butter croissant, only almond croissant available. Look at the picture of the showcase & tell me if there was none. Even when taking my order, she just leaned on e showcase while looking disinterested. Managed to check with her colleague and asked if what was displayed on the left was butter croissant and indeed it was. Colleague changed my order & served me the butter croissant BUT it was not warmed up. Cashier from earlier served me both pies on one plate. How was my partner going to eat his pie & I, mine, when both pies were on e same plate. When asked for another plate, we received a small plate. Hardly space to cut e pie & eat. Today's visit was a joke, very disappointing. Visit the main at AIBI Maxwell instead. AIBI Maxwell has never disappoint.

I ordered a non-vegetarian wrap and tea via mobile order, but was served the vegetarian wrap without meat. Upon eating halfway, I realised there are no meat inside and approached the staff at the counter. They just apologised and take away my order and I NEVER FINISHED my wrap!! How can you take away the remaining bits and say not to give me the correct order that I ordered??? Hello I paid money at least let me finish the wrong order la, she just take away and waste my $$$. I am so frustrated!!!!! I tried asking the staff but all she can do is apologise and cannot even return back my food. Be careful and learnt my lesson not to come back here again. So so disappointed at the customer service. Really very very sad and angry!!!! Looking at the reviews really be careful of this outlet!!!

Come wrong time - 8am . Mall aircon is not on yet . Sweating 😥 while eating . Thank GOD … Oat Masala Tea and Turkey Ham Cheese Wrap : Great ! I wish they move to Century Square or Tampines One 1️⃣. They have excellent coffee ☕️.
