This restaurant is right in middle of Changi business park. We were the only ones here when arrived might be because we went on a Sunday and no offices working. They have good bar and best of all large screen TV. Very good for sport lovers like cricket. IPL was streamed that time. Food wise I didn't feel that this restaurant will be remembered. The chicken angara was a lot of chewy, felt like not well cooked. Price wise also I will rate it expensive side. There are other couple of Indian restaurants if you want to try in that vicinity.

Amazing Tandoori chicken, bursting with flavour and as tender as it gets. Samosas naan and butter chicken were excellent as well.

My friend and I were racking our brains, trying to decide where to eat for our culinary adventure. We knew we fancied Indian cuisine, but our favourite buffet restaurant, Shahi Maharani at Raffles City, had unfortunately increased its prices due to Deepavali. So, we opted for Changi Business Park instead. My friend had been singing the praises of Banjara Restaurant at ESR BizPark @ Changi, so we decided to meet there for their set lunch. We arrived a bit early, about half an hour before 11 am, so we popped over to Ananda Bhavan, just a few doors down, for a milk tea and vadai. At precisely 11 am, we strolled over to Banjara and were shown to our table. We were the first customers of the day, it seemed. Our waiter inquired whether we would like any drinks. We were contemplating ordering Lassi but were unsure about the serving size. In the end, we opted for plain water. Initially, we were pondering what to order, torn between the Butter Chicken and the Spicy Chicken, but we finally settled on the former. While we were waiting for our food, we noticed the next table had ordered Mango Lassi, and it appeared to be a generous portion. So, my friend and I each ordered a Salt and Sweet Lassi. Our set lunches were served in about ten minutes. The presentation was lovely, but everything seemed to be a slightly smaller portion than we had anticipated. Everything was freshly made and served piping hot. The steaming naan bread had a beautifully soft, fluffy texture. The side dishes of Vegetable Jalfrezi and Dal were both excellent, in my opinion. I could taste the fresh ingredients and the flavourful spices. The steamed basmati rice was perfectly cooked, with a lovely fluffy texture. It had a subtle coconut fragrance, which I believe came from a touch of coconut milk being added while steaming the rice. Now, here is where we encountered the main problem, which both my friend and I shared. Our Butter Chicken was excessively sweet. Not just a little bit, but probably the sweetest Butter Chicken I have ever tasted. Nonetheless, the chicken pieces were soft, tender, and nicely marinated. If not for the overwhelming sweetness, I would have rated this dish much higher. The cashier, who I believe was the owner's wife, suggested it might have been the sweet cream they used. Despite the sweetness overload, both my friend and I were satisfied with our set lunch. If it weren't for the overly sweetened butter chicken, this lunch would have been perfect. Oh, and our Lassis were lovely. I had the Sweet Lassi, and thankfully, it wasn't overly sweet, unlike the Butter Chicken. Our bill came to a total of $41.58, which works out to around $20.80 per person. There is no GST charged. At that price, I would say it offers very good value for restaurant-quality food. The ambience is perfectly acceptable. There's a faint incense smell, which is quite common in an Indian restaurant. There are ample seats and tables for around 20-30 diners. Overall, it was a positive experience at Banjara Restaurant. We will definitely be back in the near future for their set lunch.

Went for lunch to this restaurant. A bit cramped place. Ordered some starters, Roti basket, Channa masala, butter chicken and chicken biryani. Enjoyed all except the biryani that had unforgiving levels of excess spices. It was unpleasant to bite cloves in every bite. Starters Haryali Kebab is awesome. Roti and butter chicken was good. All good but the bill was a bomb. $36 for 2 basket of Roti is absolutely insane pricing. $19 for the weirdly spicy biryani is eye popping..
