'LiHO means "How are you in Hokkien" and we take pride in our name as it celebrates Singapore as a melting pot of culture. A simple greeting of LiHO is a great way for individuals to bond and it is even better with a cup of Singapore’s homegrown tea brand, LiHO TEA.

Ordered at 6:09pm, only got my food at 6:42pm just for one egg crepe and milk tea. Others who came after me were served first, which felt very unfair. I enjoyed their sticky rice roll yesterday, but this time, the wait was unreasonable and disappointing. It's not worth wasting 40 minutes for a crepe. Arghhh..... : /

This popular bubble tea chain now is found at level 1 inside the covered rows of restaurants & cafes. There are 2 self ordering machines that are rather positioned at a spot that just deserves to block a person entering the collection point or seating areas, perhaps the order flow could be improved. That said, they have a huge range of favours to mix and match. Seats about 10 tables here. Gets a longer waiting time if you pop by over weekends.

The work flow or staff efficiency will certainly need to be looked at. Having visited a few times, I can’t help but to notice that the service here is particularly slow. On a weekday afternoon, I had to wait 20+ mins for a drink. Through my observation, the 10 customers ahead of me had orders of 1-2 cups - no abnormally large or tedious orders either.

i want to raise a concern about a male chinese employee in ur outlet, ive come to realise while ordering only 2 girls were actively doing work while this guy was just standing at the back playing with his phone. he was standing and clearly not doing work. this raises major concerns as i find it extremely disgusting that he touched his phone donno where he use then make my drink. Pls take action or i will contact HR

1. Egg crepe - had to throw out half my food bcz it tasted undercooked and rlly greasy. The ingredients were rlly cheap quality and the ratio between the meat and lettuce and the cracker were unbalanced. Overall I do not recommend this :< ruined my mood
