The food itself was still quite good, but unfortunately, I noticed the hygiene standards had fallen. The trolley's handle was oily to the touch when I first grabbed it, the plate I received had hardened food stains, and the cutlery wasn't properly cleaned, with hardened food scraps still clinging to it.

Food is good but service is super shit, I got to complain and feedback that most people working today is so unreasonable and n unfriendly! (Especially this woman) Adding on, i was actually queueing up already and she told me that i am not in queue like wthell? Literally i came first. Lastly, i just needed a paper bag just 1 only! But guess what they do not even want to give me the paper bag… So disappointing cant even help me at all.

date of visit: 2026.02.14 sat located at L1 where you can grab a quick bite before heading up to L2 to the restaurant or shop for furniture had the chicken meatball bun w nacho cheese & chicken meatball w vegetable medallion. they didnt have chicken meatball in the restaurant enjoyed the chicken meatball as unable to consume beef and veg ball is too dry 👍🏻😋

Every time I will go for the smoked salmon, chicken wings, meatballs etc and I like the way the Q goes and you pick up items like in an assembly line so it’s orderly. Good place to chill and relax before shopping.

At just $1.50, I wasn't expecting much — but this ice cream genuinely surprised me and fully earns its own review! The banana and blueberry flavour combination is unexpectedly perfect; two flavours you wouldn't normally pair together, yet somehow they work in the most delicious way. Creamy, refreshing, and incredibly good value. I really hope IKEA makes this a permanent flavour on the menu, because at that price, I could honestly have it every single time. Don't sleep on this one!
