Very slow service during peak hour. Only one single staff grabbing the order with a slow cashier to. Staff was more concerned with fulfilling online orders and letting the queue grow than serving walk in customers :) nothing wrong with the food, just maybe can set your priorities better….. LOL

Poor quality control and customer service. Am a repeat and loyal customer of my Tori Q and on 1 October, ordered my usual order of chicken filet (not burnt) but when I reached home, it was burnt with specks of carbon and bitter aftertaste. Sent the picture to tori Q HQ requesting for a refund/exchange but the manager was rude and dismissed as normal grill marks. Avoid if you want to avoid cancer from eating such burnt goods

Love the food at Tori Q and have been a repeat customer. Unfortunately, today’s service affected my experience. When I decided to add another skewer towards the end of my order (while the staff was still at the skewers area), the staff member who was wearing black spectacles rolled her eyes at me. I found this unprofessional and disappointing, especially as a returning customer.

20/8/26 At 5.45pm I went there to buy 2 sticks Chicken Ball. Poor attitude service cashier said back to customer when I was thinking whether need plastic bag anot. N the serving staff taking order I told them I want 2 sticks Chicken Ball she give me 1 stick n the cashier not happy give me bad attitude face.
