At SUSHI TEI in Tampines 1, the tonkotsu ramen came across more like a peppery pork bone broth than what I was expecting. That said, the rest of the meal was solid and I still enjoyed the overall visit. It’s a decent option if you’re in the mall and want a Japanese meal, but the ramen itself may not be for everyone.

I always go with my sister, and the food has never disappointed me. I've been going for a year now. Jasmine is a very kind person, and you can feel her service spirit. We really enjoy every time we dine there.

Had a really great meal at Sushi Tei — always a reliable spot for good Japanese food. Everything we ordered was nicely done and enjoyable. The curry udon is one of our go-to favourites, and the tempura is really good too. Special shoutout to Jasmine — she was so friendly and attentive throughout, and her warm service really made the whole experience even better 👍🏻 Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to!

I’ve been dining at the Tampines 1 Sushi Tei outlet for 15 years, and they never fail to impress. The customer service here is always top-notch—the staff are attentive and welcoming even when the peak hour crowd gets busy. Amazingly, the food quality is just as fresh and excellent as it was a decade and a half ago. It’s hard to find a restaurant that maintains its high standards for this long. Highly recommend this branch!

Great for family and dates. Food quality is consistent, we ordered two salmon wafu carpaccio for the family. Service is fast and quick. Ordered a lot of other dishes as well but didn’t take pictures of it.
