We are always on the hunt for cheap quality dinner options, there’s a new stall opened recently, with roasted meats etc. Tried their set $13.90 with 1/4 Danqui duck, comes with 2 rice, cabbage soup and one small side dish, we opt for the eight treasure vegetables, we ask for breast meat. TBH, their version of Danqui duck was so much better the upstairs Dian Xiao Er. I’ll be coming here again to try their char siew and roasted pork. These days we avoid going to high end restaurants, got to be careful with our hard earned salary.

This outlet still has the best claypot chicken rice, claypot sesame chicken, popiah and strong ipoh coffee. There are other stalls like economical rice , fishball noodles , dim sum that caters to individual taste. The food price is reasonable so place is popular with seniors n office workers . As a malaysian i can tell you this is not how claypot chicken rice and 老鼠粉is supposed ti be prepared. the claypot chicken rice was dry and bland, while the 老鼠粉was so watery and had 0 lard. Trying to find good malaysian food in singapore is like trying to find a needle in a haystack 0/10

Ordered char Siew and roasted chicken for. Boon Kee Dang GUI Roasted Duck. They given the char Siew with 90% will all pork lard. Ask them today char siew SO MANY pork lard, the staff say today all char Siew is like that. If for zero star I also will give zero star. Highly not recommended to eat at this stall while visiting Malaysia Boleh
