Today I visited this place afternoon . I were seated infront the tray return area while I having my meal. During my meal, someone accidentally spilled soup onto my back. Although the soup was not hot, my clothes were stained and I was very uncomfortable. When this thing happened, the manager pass by and see whole thing happening, he never provide any assistance just go back to his office . Afterwards, I go to office and ask him what is the solution. He just telling me this is accident and not the cleaner fault . I never said this is cleaner fault, I said you also see whole the thing happened. He said yes , I pass by there . Then he keep asking me what i want , like I find something to argue with him. I feel very disappointed. Is the table near tray return cannot sit ? Because this thing happened is an accident as branch manager said. From the photo you can see the stain behind my back , and the manager did not take any action . The chair in the photo is that time I seated when this thing happened.

Riverside Indonesia Food auntie is so rude and have bad manners. Keep talking to other people and didn’t listen to the order yet shouted at people ask they want they want. Repeated 3 times to her and she shouted Aiya say lah, don’t waste time. Really attitude problem and look at the reviews here, many people have encountered the same experiences so Riverside Indonesia services have to buck up

50-cent Kopitiam coffee made my Sunday, but the counter lady made it special. She was smiling and humming while serving. So heartwarming! It’s not just cheap coffee, it’s staff like her. Kudos Kopitiam! Keep the “Smiles & Humming” spirit up.

Been here many times after a night of shopping in Tampines Mall, lots of cuisine options & vastly cheaper than any of the mall restaurants. My only complaint is that it's SO POPULAR that it's hard to find a table at peak times (lunch/dinner) and it can get pretty loud.

Fantastic service at Original Fish Soup. Was served by the Chinese lady at the counter on 7 July, 5+pm. Ordered the fish head soup and tried to use the Fairprice App to pay for my order. Unfortunately, the app had some issues and couldn't be activated. The kind lady kept assuring me that it's ok and asked me to collect the food and eat first. She said I can come back later to make payment after I'm done. I managed to restart my phone and finally made payment. Such a kind and understanding service staff. The fish is fresh too. Good portion and taste great. Thank you.
