This is my first time ordering and last time at this outlet. I would like to raise a concern about my recent order. The app indicated that my order at 7:42 pm would be ready in 4 minutes (7:46pm) I arrived at the collection point 6 minutes after placing the order, (7:47pm) but I was still told that the order was not ready, and I ended up waiting significantly longer. (Got my drink at 8pm) This is quite misleading and deceiving as the stated preparation time did not reflect the actual waiting time, and there was no update or clear indication of the delay. As a customer, I rely on the timing shown in the app to plan my collection. Because of this delay, I missed two feeder buses that run at 10-minute intervals, which caused additional inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. I hope you can look into this, as such inaccurate timing can be considered misleading or potentially deceptive, and it affects customer trust and experience.

Claimed the 2 free medium drinks for birthday month! Ovaltine at 50 and 70%. Next time get 30% better as it is quite sweeeet..... service was as expected. Thanks for the free drinks!! Dec 2023: Birthday freebies not as good now hahaha 3 different vouchers - free medium drink no topping, free topping, free upsize. Cannot stack vouchers. But its ok because its freee!!!

The lady in charge is so nice and kind. Understand my queries and help me to handle my L cup order into my 400ml flask. The way she handle is orofessional and make me feel so comfortable.

Peanut butter milk tea really good. Tried 2-3 times already and still obsessed with it. The peanut butter is not overpowering, blends well with the milk tea and can bite bits of peanut too. Just waiting time at this outlet a bit long during peak hour.
