Tried the Tonkatsu Pork Cutlet, Teriyaki Pork Don, and Grilled Chicken. The tonkatsu was crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside. The teriyaki pork was flavourful with a nice balance of sweet and savoury, and the grilled chicken was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. The food was served promptly, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, a very satisfying dining experience with good quality Japanese food.
View on GoogleThe tonkatsu here is still decent, but it’s not as good as it used to be for some reason. Overall, it’s still a satisfying meal. However, this time, the tonkatsu lacks the meat juice that diners would expect.
View on GoogleCame in to a somewhat empty restaurant hoping to get a dinner fix. The shop looked pretty and promising. We placed our order at 8pm and started waiting. 10 minutes passed, and a cup came for the unlimited drinks. Another 10 minutes passed, and 3 side dishes came; our main was still cookin. Another 10 minutes passed, our main was lost in Cambodia and we're about to call the cops on it (no jk but really). It would be nice if the staff couldve hsd the basic courtesy to let us know that mains would be delayed because they ran out of rice. It took us having to approach them to finally get an answer. When the food finally came, the meat was dry, the rice was wet and clumpy, overall it just wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Oh, and the shop music was a single motif played over and over again over the course of that 1 hour ordeal.
View on GoogleI always order Samurai Cheese Katsu Don from this outlet via Foodpanda. & today I decided to eat at their outlet. The katsu was crispy and nice. Rice portion was very generous and I love how their onsen egg elevates the taste of the dish. Service was friendly and good. & I love it that they give their customers free jelly :)
