Ordered on 29/05 at about 3.30pm. Didn’t manage to catch the staff’s name, but she was amazing — efficient, attentive, and handling the store on her own with such ease. All orders were done properly, and the drinks were made really nicely too. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The staff Bella was very rude. The order Machine dispensed my queue number after placing order. After waiting for quite some time, I approached the staff bella she was then rude to us as she said the order machine did not send the order to the kitchen. In the first place, why give a queue number if order did not reach the kitchen and why the staff so rude. She was seen talking away with her colleague not even bothering with the crowd obviously waiting for orders to be served.

I ordered the Vita C Detox juice and added extra ginger and mango. However, it seems the staff did not include the add-ons because there was no taste of mango or ginger at all. I paid extra for both items, so this was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I’m unable to return to the shop as I’ve already reached home.

aliff is very nice! he is always smiling throughout busy times & would always be open to take orders even though there is a kiosk! 💚

Fatheen was incredibly friendly and attentive when taking my order. She greeted me warmly and even recommended some drinks. I tried the new Pomegranate series based on her suggestion, and it was very nice! Her service made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend being served by Fatheen!
