Bad service- woman in black was video calling someone while preparing my order Lack of seasoning- my food looks like there’s barely any powder Cross contamination- ordered sour cream seasoning but got a mixed of both sour cream and bbq for my mozzarella cheese sticks??

Our personal favorite fast food fries! This outlet also happens to be our favorite, with balanced seasoning and generous portions! The young male staff Rex in particular, has great efficient and polite service.

Very slow. And long wait for order. Why? What happened? Do prepare to wait long for your take away order. Maybe staffs to tired , under paid. Look like two staffs don't take to one another. One take order. One do. Fired staffs cannot be bothered.

Kudos to the malay lady who accepted my order after they had already closed for the day and was closing the register. Love staff who goes above and beyond, and I was able to satisfy my Potato craving for tonight thanks to her. Food is amazing as always.

The young lady who used to prepare the fries for me is not there and the quality of the fries have dropped! The cheese powder all stick together, suspect that water went into the mixture... some fries a bit soggy... perhaps water drip...
