i ordered 2 low fat oolong milk teas and 1 low fat peach oolong milk tea. when i got home and took a sip of the oolong milk tea i realised it was peach oolong. at first i gave benefit of the doubt thinking “oh maybe they pasted the labels wrongly” but after drinking the one labelled peach oolong, i was certain they gave us 2 cups of peach oolong. i even tasted the second cup labelled oolong milk tea to check and that was the only NON PEACH OOLONG. must’ve read the label long and gave us 2 PEACH oolong milk teas and 1 oolong milk tea. i feel very sad because we can’t go back to the mall anymore to have this amended. been buying here since i was in primary school and have never encountered such issue until today. extremely disappointed.
