Overall a good hike if the weather holds. Good opportunity to have a feel for nature. The hike up and down is not too easy for young kids (6 or below) as its quite steep with some loose rocks. Not advised to hike if raining. Saw quite a number of people climbing over the fence just to take photos.

Puaka Hilltop View Point offers stunning panoramic views of verdant valleys, distant peaks, and the sparkling coastline. Well-maintained, shaded trails lead to the summit platform—though the final stretch can be challenging on hot days. Clean accessible restrooms, waste bins on the path, and ample seating areas enrich the overall experience.

For the absolute best panoramic views on Pulau Ubin, a trek up to the Puaka Hilltop View Point is an absolute must. Standing as the highest peak on the island, this breathtaking vantage point offers a dramatic, birds-eye reward that makes every bit of the uphill climb completely worthwhile. It provides a stunning perspective of Singapore's rustic side that many mainlanders rarely get to witness. The trail leading up to the summit is short but moderately challenging, featuring a rugged path of dirt, loose rocks, and exposed tree roots that fully immerses you in untamed nature. As you conquer the steady incline under the shaded canopy of the secondary forest, the reward at the peak opens up spectacularly. From the cliffside overlook, you are treated to an awe-inspiring, unobstructed view of the deep blue waters of Pekan Quarry below, contrasted beautifully against lush blankets of green jungle and the distant coastline of Malaysia. Breathtaking Scenery: Offers unparalleled photographic opportunities of the granite quarry lakes, thriving mangroves, and surrounding straits. Serene Atmosphere: A wonderfully breezy spot to sit back, catch your breath, and soak in the profound quietude of the island. Quick, Rewarding Hike: The summit trail takes only about 15 to 20 minutes to complete from the base of the hill, making it highly accessible for a memorable day in nature.

Without a doubt my favorite part of the park aside from the tower in the wetlands and the Fruit Orchid. Stunning views, especially on the right day. It's a bit of an incline/steep to get up, but so worth it!

Great place to train and torture yourself. You will be rewarded by a relatively 10 minute short hill climb with steep, muddy and rocky terrains here. The final view at the summit however is super beautiful! Highly recommended to come try this climb if you are in Ubin!
