I visited this outlet and decided to try something from their new C series. I ordered the Coffee C with Chew Chew Jelly and Coconut Jelly. I chose 0% sugar level, but the drink still turned out to be slightly sweet, which was likely due to the sweetness from the jellies. Even though it is not my usual order, I actually really liked the combination! I am a fan of LiHO in general, and I found that this LiHO outlet at Loyang Point is just as good and consistent as any of their other branches. A solid 4-star experience!

Ordered through mobile at 8.10PM, 8.25PM order still not ready. Not the first time they take very long to make mobile order already. Ordered two drinks with cheese foam also (+$1.50 each) and the worker take so long to make but didnt give me cheese foam. So i essentially paid $3 for nothing haha. Can't report or request for refund on mobile also. Pls be better.

The manager is very professional and patient. She served the elderly who is asking her questions well and kindly. The experience is very pleasant and heart warming. We need this kind of souls in the neighborhood. I can get the drinks at any store but this is the one that I am happy to buy. Place is tidy and organized,

Yesterday afternoon, I bought my daughter two student bubble teas to take away. I left her to collect them while I quickly went to Sheng Siong to get some items. When I returned, she was stressed and almost in tears because she had accidentally dropped one drink. The staff immediately helped, made a replacement, and cleaned up quickly. When I offered to pay for the broken drink, she kindly said it was not necessary. I am very grateful for her kindness and patience towards my daughter. It really meant a lot to us. I would like to compliment one of the staffs working at this outlet, which is Ms Jun Tan (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) . I ordered drinks together with ceramic mug through Grab but the driver forgot to collect the mug. Before I even realised that, she called me to inform about the issue. What was impressed me was that she personally delivered the mug to me after her shift to make sure that I received it. Her initiative and responsibility to customer service truly left a positive impression on me. Thank you for her kindness and thoughtfulness.
