Very nice and tasty food. Self grill to own perfection. I particularly like the BBQ sauce and lemon sauce cause I don't really like garlicky sauce. Did not taste the chili sauce cause wanted to focus on the beef slices.

Went there for dinner, staff were nice even when it was near to closing time. Especially staff named sheng - he was prompt in assisting us and observant too!

Thank you Jenny! Her last day at Pasir Ris outlet before going to Suntec. She helped me to download app and even taught me how to use the voucher!!

Had a great dinner at the Yakiniku Like Pasir Ris outlet. Was served by service staff named Ah Sheng, the restaurant was full and look short handed, however Ah Sheng kept his smile, did his best to meet every customer’s expectations and demands. I want to commend his efforts and thought his customer service was exceptional as he would check on each table to ensure everything was alright. Keep up the good work! Will definitely come back again 😊

The waitress was incredibly unfamiliar with the menu and system. We went for the buffet and when I ordered the unlimited like dishes, she told me those are ala carte and said that they were add on, implying that I had to pay extra. I told her to cancel those and when I called her over again to order more since it's a buffet, she said I had to click the dishes I wanted through the app when initially she said those were ala carte and add on only. Contradicting herself. She said it was because we ordered a lot but isn't it a buffet?? It was extremely confusing and frustrating. When we wanted extra rice, we also had to order through the app. ??? Why do u need to keep track of what we ordered? She also charged us the wrong amount (charged us each dish individually and not as buffet) so she had to call another guy over to refund. I also lost my stamps in the app because of this. When we were first shown to our seats, she decided to put us in the far end despite seeing that my father was using crutches. Like shouldn't you know how to seat us closest to the entrance so that he doesn't need to walk far?? Common sense!! Extremely poor service. Can see why it's always so empty when other outlets are thriving. The waitress and the other waiter don't seem to understand English as well. Asked me to speak in Chinese when I can't speak it!
