The lady who served us was very friendly and took the time to recommend some new flavours. The gentleman at the cashier was efficient and processed our order swiftly. Overall, the service was pleasant and welcoming.

On Saturday night I ordered the cream cheese ebi inari. Although it was tasty, I felt something crunchier than usual. I thought it was the shrimp’s shell at first, but it did not become any softer after chewing it a couple more times so I decided to speed everything out. To my surprise? There was a stapler bullet INSIDE THE SUSHI. May I know, what is a stapler bullet doing inside a sushi? Tried to contact the shop via Instagram, but to no avail….

The sushi are presented very nicely. Staff gives recommendations as well! Packed nicely and looks so delish❤️ came back straight for 2 days dinner. My girls love it!

Staff were lovely and patient with me deciding what sushi I should get. They’re good at recommending too. They have good tone of voice and body language. The sushi were all well prepared too.

I would like to commend the staff on duty for her excellent service. I asked if there was any more beef yakiniku available, and she informed me that all available stock on display had been sold. However, she kindly offered to prepare a fresh batch for us. In addition, she also offered to make a fresh batch of the ikura sushi and the caviar salmon sushi. Her willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate our request and ensure customer satisfaction was greatly appreciated. Such initiative and dedication reflect outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name. The purchase was made at approximately 7:57 PM (1957 hrs) on 4 June. Please convey my appreciation to the staff member involved and keep up the excellent service standards.
