Service was bad, nets machine but can’t use nets for payment. Spoke to the lady and gotten no response. The oil seems like have not been changed for a long time, looks dark. Would not want to order from this outlet anymore.

There was a promotion offering the second piece of fried chicken at 50% off. Unfortunately, the staff did not mention this promotion or ask whether we were interested in taking advantage of the deal. There was also no attempt to highlight the promotion when we were making payment at the self-service kiosk. As a result, customers like us were unaware of the promotion and missed the opportunity to benefit from it. It would be helpful if the staff could proactively inform customers about ongoing promotions to improve the overall purchasing experience.

Consistent food quality :) food might take a bit of wait but totally fair because they have quite a few orders and the items all come out hot and fresh.

Love love love all the food listed on their menu, with exceptional cravings for their oyster mee sua, XXL chicken cutlet and lately I was thrilled to note that they have relaunched mushroom fritters. They have used enoki mushrooms during the first launch quite sometime back and it tasted so good that many of us were addicted to it. However, it was withdrawn from their menu after the promotional period was over. For this second launch, assorted mushrooms, namely oyster mushrooms & shitake were used. And yes! It tasted really good to the extent that I believe that we are going to be addicted to it... hope that they do not withdraw the product so soon from their menu again as the mushroom fritters are going to be sadly missed by folks like us :P

When customer request a reasonable service, as Fnb staff as long as is reasonable and legal request it should be provided and not judging customer needs and give a bad attitude face, customer never owe you anything. We pay money for the food and service, ended up still must see a bad service attitude from the staff!???
