This ramen came with free flow egg and salad. While hard boil egg is boring, having it with egg mayo and chilli oil just taste wonders. There are some white shell egg inside too, which is interesting. However, I find the ramen is disappointing. The lobster gravy might taste good at first, but it quickly became very gelac. The gravy is too heavy, too salty and it becoming a chore to eat it. Ramen soup are supposed to be smooth and meant to be drank. It offers a side flavour to the noodles. It should not overpower the noodles. Side note: They do a good job on the takeaway portion, well plated. The gravy consist of light, normal and extra. These are good customization but it needs to be consistent.
View on GoogleI like the lobster broth and the complimentary hard boiled eggs and bean sprouts. Ramen portion is decent too and food is served in 10mins. Will return to try their other menu options!
View on GoogleAmazing experience here, the ramen was made very quickly and taste was not compromised. Only had two main flavours, the Tonkotsu and the Lobster. Lobster broth was a little too strong for my liking, would recommend ordering Light or eating the Tonkotsu better.
View on Google(Update June 2025) Tried the minced pork rice, they definitely changed the recipe, it's worse now, very disappointed. So I've knocked off 1 star One of my all time favorite ramen chains. Started eating since they opened their first branch at Tanjong Pagar. You can choose the amount of oil, the saltiness of the broth and the texture of the ramen. Very few other chains allow u to do that. The lobster broth is quite concentrated so it's great for lobster lovers. The char siu rice is full of small pieces of pork, quite value for money.
View on GoogleRice bowls are suprisingly better than what I had expected. Would return for the rice bowls. Omu rice is tomato based. Namban chicken sides as a good crunch to it. Prawn and gyoza is normal. Lobster ramen broth taste like prawn noodles.
