I been eating Otter pizza many times and they have been consistently making great pizza. The crust thickness is just nice, the hardness is on point too. Durian and mango pizza is really special to me so i decided to go with that too. It is very surprised that durian and cheese just goes well with each other. The otter meat is a great option too, many many meat and it is enjoyable. Food panda pick up does have some discounts, and it is a good pick for cny weekends.

Comically small portions, even after paying a premium for the OVERLOAD versions of Hawaiian and pepperoni. This is your Cajun prawn? Looks like hae bee hiam bro.. why so stingy with portions even for the PREMIUM versions??

Order 2 L, pepperoni and Ham and Cheese take away. Burnt... I did not check just grab and go... Disappointed

Came here to redeem the $5 fraser voucher and got 101 Otter’s Hawaiian at $3.80. Dough not very thick and pizza is nicely toasted with a nice slight char on the surface. There is a seating area on the right with 4 tables and stools. There wasn’t a crowd at 530pm so it was pretty fast. Around 10 to 15 minutes and pizza is ready. Self service, there are only forks to eat.

The cashier seemed disengaged and lacked communication skills. Additionally, the two girls who were present yesterday did not provide good customer service. We were only provided with the pizza itself; no cutlery or plates were given. When we requested plates, we received two very small, wet plates with water drops on them (image attached). After calling them again, we asked for cutlery, but were only given forks; no knives were provided. Does anyone know how to eat pizza with just a fork but not with a knife? Furthermore, the staff seemed inattentive to the customers, requiring us to call out loudly to get their attention. While the pizza was decent, the service left much to be desired. Overall, our experience at Otter Pizza was disappointing due to the lack of attentiveness and basic amenities.
