Wanted customise my dessert as a chrysanthemum ai-yu mix beancurd, tang yuan, taro balls and honey popping jelly. The total waa $7.40 but they reccomended me to get C1 and add tangyuan which was only $6.00 really thankful for the casher for her suggestion! The preparation team was very fast also!

Filled to the brim and definitely worth every dollar… 🙃 It’s basically a blind box — I didn’t get what I ordered. What was supposedly a drink somehow turned into a blind-box dessert, which apparently was my order… and not just one, but TWO. 🤦🏻‍♀️ At this point, I guess the real surprise was finding out what I actually paid for. 😂

Really enjoyed the desserts here! The taro balls were chewy and fresh, and the sweetness was just nice, not too overpowering. The combination of grass jelly, aiyu jelly, and toppings made the dessert very refreshing, especially in hot weather. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff were friendly too. Definitely a nice place to chill and satisfy your dessert cravings！

Had a really great experience at Nine Fresh Desserts! The desserts were fresh and tasty, but what made it even better was Jaden’s service. She was super friendly, patient, and polite throughout. She recommended some items for us and made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jaden for the excellent service — will definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is really good and I personally think the service is great. I’ve been going there for a whole year. To the people leaving those comments — just because you bought something for a few dollars doesn’t make you royalty. One person complained about going there at 10:40am asking if the shop was open… can’t you use your eyes? Were the lights on? Were the staff still preparing? And to the one complaining that nobody was in the shop at 11:30 — do people not need to use the toilet sometimes? Can’t you wait a while and come back instead of immediately complaining? Also, for those complaining about sold out items not having stickers — why not complain to the company instead of blaming the staff? Do you think the employees own the shop? Honestly, some of these comments are ridiculous. Don’t embarrass Singaporeans like this. I’m Singaporean too, and I’m giving this place a full 5-star review. I treated the staff kindly, and they were just as friendly to me.
