Service staff was very helpful in assisting me to redeem my reward here at White Sands Liho.

I was ordering at LiHO White Sands and the staff member serving me was repeatedly interrupted because her supervisor was busy scolding her. The supervisor was speaking to her harshly and loudly in front of customers, which I found very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that supervisors need to correct their staff when necessary, but this should be done privately and respectfully. It also affected my ordering experience as I was repeatedly cut off while trying to place my order. I hope LiHO management takes this incident seriously and reprimands the supervisor appropriately. Staff should be treated with respect, and customers should not have to witness employees being shouted at while trying to place an order.

Horrible marketing and management. What kind of company is this? Liho cannot even do a simple launch? ONLY ONE STAFF TO HANDLE THE WINNIE POOH LAUNCH?!?! AND THE POOR GIRL WAS INJURED AND SHE STILL SERVING so MANY COMPLAINING CUSTOMERS RUSHING HER! She had to take orders and make the drinks with a SUPER LONG QUEUE while her hand was bleeding profusely! I waited for 2+ hours then I can get my order! I am surprised the girl manage to get my order correct amid the GIANT MESSY CHAOS! I really surprised how she still maintain her professionalism and her friendliness. OMG This must be a scummy company who squeeze their staff and cannot even compensate their staff properly!
