Came around 10 AM. The staff was giving attitude like she didn't want to take my order. No welcoming tone; instead, she asked me, "Are you ordering?" Can a customer think for a minute about what they want? But as I didn't want to ruin my day—as the store might have just opened or she had something going on, which I understand—I just ignored her and continued ordering. Just disappointed but greatful that it open early than others.

I literally bought my bubble tea from this place, and when I finished it, the girl wearing glasses (clearly new or completely clueless) refused to even take the empty cup to throw it away. Are you kidding me? I literally just gave you my money! The utter lack of basic common sense and customer service is a joke. Absolutely trash attitude.

Useless staff, despite being the only person in the queue, staff were chit chatting by the counter. After the wait, the drinks came out wrongly and without toppings. Forget about the $1.3 for the topping, but this level of service is unacceptable

Staff is not proactive at all when it comes to mobile orders. Don't tell me that it's not protocol to call the number cause there are two numbers signs and one of them is clearly for the mobile orders. I went to the counter to ask about my drink and one of the staff didn't even bother to properly look, and I know this because I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited an additional 10 minutes before deciding to check again and sure enough my drinks were already done and just sitting behind the counter where I saw they haven't been touched or checked on to call since I first asked. The lack of awareness is staggering. My mobile order number is 35, ordered on the 29th of April 2026 at 5:17pm.

TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED mann... it's ridiculous. ordered 2 drinks and waited nearly 30 mins. we ordered through the koi app and went somewhere before we came back to collect once the app said it was ready to collect. but okay sure let's give benefit of doubt to the crews....but you would expect the crew to be working hard and rushing to push out orders right? NOOOO!!! there was this girl by the counter , i believe her job is to pack orders and attend to people who collects it. she seems like she's taking her job as a joke fr, so what happened was we checked with her asking if we could collect our drinks, then she told us that it's not ready and will call us once its ready so we thought let's just stand nearby so that she could see us RIGHT!?!?! WOAHHHH, this was unexpected but a queue followed, so we thought maybe give them a lil more time. dang, never have i seen someone so relax when so many customers including dellivery riders were waiting. heehee haahas here and there, joking and laughing around. we overheard the manager asking her to hurry up too. After all that unseriousness, its time for us to collect, because me and my partner were going separate ways, hence we POLITELY... let me remind u, POLITELY asked for 1 small plastic bags and thought it would be nice for them to pass us. LIKE WOAHHHHH DAMN , i need to take seat back, what happened next is mindblowing. she slammed the plastic bag onto the counter top and gave us a glare. man, imagine you're the manager and saw this review about your employee, what would u do ? fire her right. yes you're smart pls do it. oh ya incase koi fires the wrong person... errr she has brown hair and bangs with black mask about 165cm in height, not wearing any spectacles. 23 jan 2026 between 8.45pm-9.15pm
