The food is good, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The store is supposed to open at 12pm, but even at 12.30pm it was still being set up (it’s like that every day). There wasn’t much effort to engage customers who were waiting or interested to buy. There also seemed to be very limited options available at first. When I asked if more items were coming or if they were still setting up, I was told that what was displayed was all. but when I came back shortly after, more items were being put out. It feels like a consistency issue, I’m not sure if the owner is aware. Hope this improves.

Bought 1 bento of sushi, 1 cawamushi and 1 box of cream puffs on 25 Jun around 5pm. When I got home, I realized your staff a male did not include the cawamushi but he charged me $2.00 for it. I have patronized the store at PRM and so far everything okay until today. Very disappointed.

Was there on 5 Oct 12pm, the store's lights were still off. 12.15pm, one auntie came & on the lights but no food was displayed on the shelves. Was shocked when the auntie told me the sushi will usually arrive 12.30pm to 1pm. At 1pm, some sushi was displayed. I am surprised that Sushi Express HQ (such an established F&B in Taiwan) can actually allow their store to operate in this manner. When the operating hour was put up as 12pm, it should mean it is operationally ready to do business at 12pm, not the staff just arrived & turned on the lights.

Value for money sushi, tasty and auntie is generous with wasabi and soy sauce - will come again!💯🍣
