Visited here on Saturday noon for lunch with my family Food wise - pretty average nothing to shout about. Tried a variety of things as shown in one of the photos. The prawn tempura was below average due to how thick the skin was from frying. It’s a huge comparison eg the fried skin vs the meat within. Service wise - service was great. Polite and prompt. Felt welcoming The only thing that stands out is how your order is being delivered - via a sushi train beside your seat. This helps to keep your kids entertained. Mine can’t wait for the train to arrive and help take the order off the track. Would definitely visit again if not for my kids. Else will probably pass due to how average the food were

Been here couple of times. The quality and consistent of food never fails. Service crews are always attentive. Today just felt the food takes longer than usual to arrive, hence seek service crew, Blizz for assistant. Food came shortly after. Kudos to entire team.

food was served quite fast but the real problem was the drinks and the service. the service was atrocious, after all our food was served, our drinks were still not served... so we pressed the service button and a waitress came up to us and told us the drinks would be served soon BUT after a while maybe 10 minutes or so, our drinks were still not served??? so we had to go up to the counter just to ask for the drinks then after they were served, only 2 of the 3 drinks were served?? atrocious eh really. we had to ask again just for our iced green tea to be served. yall really need better service leh.

Good, tasty food. Kids love it. Highly recommended.

Genki Sushi is 1 of our family's favourite brands for many years. This branch in Pasir Ris Mall is new, there are a lot of seats, the customer service is good, friendly staff. Of course, price is reasonable too. Bill for 3 of us is around $50, 5 pax is about $120 with many dishes for your choice.
