I stood outside the shop for about 5 mins. During that time, a male staff saw me but chose to ignore me instead of acknowledging/informing me that the shop had not opened yet. After a few mins, a female staff came out and informed me that the shop opens at 11am. At that point, it was around 10.55am. I reached at approximately 10.50am and noticed that the TV menu screens were already switched on, so I assumed the shop was already open. I was unaware of the opening hours, but I would have appreciated it if the male staff had simply informed me that the shop would be opening at 11am, rather than ignoring me the entire time...

Disappointed with my drink today. This is my favorite go-to bubble tea store, but the quality wasn't there this time. My drink tasted entirely like milk with zero chrysanthemum flavor. Hoping the standard goes back up soon!

Very satisfied with the experience I had on 21/7 I had an extremely difficult time choosing the drink of my choice, but one of the staff standing in front of the cashier actually introduced the menu to me on the different kinds of tea. I realised that he was very observant as well, I think he noticed my friend & I, communicating in Thai, therefore while he was explaining, there were some parts that I didn’t understand, he actually did it in Thai instead. It then made my choice clearer & straight forward. Not only that after but after taking my order, instead of just standing around he went to the back to help out to ensure a smooth process with the serving of the drinks, unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a photo of him as he was moving around constantly. Pleasant experience! Will definitely come back to this shop to get more bubble tea, thanks to this tall & good looking staff ☺️ of course the bubble tea taste great too.

The shiny disposable tea cups looks nice, just by receiving such a presentable disposable cup will already increase your satisfaction towards the tea. The carrier bag is also as of better quality compared to other bubble teas which are mostly in plastic bag or paper bag forms. The tea has a unique blend of taste, can tell the tea leaves they use are of better quality and also blend well with their own unique flavours. Had also tried this waffle thingy dessert which looks exactly the same as the menu picture, the staff preparing it was preparing it with such patience even though there was quite a few ongoing orders, she took a good 10mins just to make the waffle cup layer by layer and topping it with the different toppings, placing the ingredients nicely. Kudos to her being calm and still trying her best to prepare the dessert nicely even when there's ongoing orders. Do try out the waffle dessert, it's unique and creamy and the "biscuit" is crunchy and nice to bite. Every layer has its own unique taste.

Very disappointed with the service. Ordered 3 cups for my guests, waited one hour n only delivered one cup. Food panda #2130 On 28/11, Manager Alex from the Pasir Ris Mall branch contacted me to explain that the delivery rider had taken the package before all the drinks were packed. As an apology, he kindly offered four complimentary drinks for my family. To my surprise, Alex even went the extra mile and personally delivered the tea to my house. I am truly impressed by their excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Alex.
