So glad they are back! Before the Lady M Jewel Changi Airport boutique closed for renovation, we could never get our hands on any cakes. Every time we went after dinner, everything was completely sold out by 7:00 PM! Now that they have finally re-opened, yesterday we stopped by for some takeaway. A huge shoutout to the staff member, Demen, who gave us incredible service and suggested three flavors: the Chocolate Checkered Cake, Matcha Crepe Cake, and Taro Mille Crepes. All three were absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced, and excellent for our dessert time at home. We will definitely be back earlier now to secure our favorites!

The cakes were delicious! I’m a big mille crepe cake lover, and I honestly think Lady M’s texture is even better than Nadeje and Something Bakery in Malaysia. The layers are thicker, more substantial, and have a wonderful bite to them—I really enjoyed them. However, I personally feel that the cream and overall flavor aren’t as rich or as layered as Something Bakery’s. Perhaps they were short-staffed, but the waiting time, ordering process, and service were all quite slow. The QR code ordering system also made the process less convenient, as we had to link a credit card before we could complete the payment, which took much longer than expected. Personally, I prefer ordering face-to-face at the counter, where I can ask questions and get recommendations on the different cake flavors before making my choice.

Lady M has officially reopened its boutique at Jewel Changi Airport, bringing back their iconic Mille Crêpes along with some brand new menu items made specially for Singapore. Aside from their signature cakes, they also have sponge cakes, tarts, crepe biscuits, and even soups, plus new flavours like Strawberry Blossom Mille Crêpes and Taro Mochi Cream Cake. A queue is spotted on a Saturday afternoon at their refreshed 44-seater boutique which features their signature blue theme with a warm, welcoming vibe. Had to say I still love their Mille Crêpe cakes the best. ➊ Earl Grey Mille Crêpes S$13.50 - Light, golden crêpes layered with fragrant Earl Grey cream infused with real tea leaves. Finished with a glossy tea glaze and delicate floral notes, elegant and not too sweet. ➋ Pistachio Mille Crêpes S$13.50 - Thin handmade crêpes stacked with smooth, nutty pistachio cream. Light, creamy, and topped with crushed pistachios for that extra texture. ➌ Gâteau Nuage S$11.80 - Literally means “cloud cake”, tangy with a sour cream finish. ➍ Taro Mochi Cream Cake S$13.50 - Made with premium Dajia taro, nicely fragrant overall. Taro sponge layered with taro cream and mochi. The mochi wasn’t quite the soft, stretchy texture I expected, honestly wouldn’t have guessed it was mochi if not for the name. ➎ Lavender Yuzu Hojicha S$7.90 - Roasty hojicha with a subtle floral-citrus twist. Very soothing and caffeine-free. ➏ Muscat Beauty with White Grape S$6.50 - Refreshing tea with fruity white grape notes.

Lovely, relaxing place for some pastries. Tried the new Strawberry Blossom Mille Crepes and Taro Mochi Cream Cake, and I really like the latter, which was so delicately fragrant. Superb service too. I love how they even have these cardboard fillers to protect the cakes for takeaway.

We came at the right time to be seated at the round sofa seats for their yummy crepe cakes! A good spot to rest your feet after a long walk in the jewel. See a long q when we left around 2pm on a public holiday.
