Horrible service experience here with this particular staff. I ordered at 12:52, he put the chicken in to cook in oil and left it alone and walked away without informing anything?! I am pretty sure this is a breach of safety regulations at the airport as the oil was left unattended boiling. We had already paid and were left stranded at the shop without knowing what to do or where he went. He only came back at 13:10 pushing a trolley of cardboard boxes?!? He didn’t even say sorry or explain where he went and we waited 18minutes for a simple order. Providing this feedback here for the store management to look into, to see what ways you can improve your service level, thank you.

The size for the drinks is different this time for the amount paid for an ala carte. Cup size shrinked or I was given wrongly?

Food taste good, more to heavy taste type. Limited space

Dear Chee Yong, I hope this message can find u well.I am writing to provide feedback on my recent dining experience at your restaurant. I must say, the customer service was excellent and greatly contributed to our overall satisfaction. Additionally, the food taste was just right for my family as we cannot eat too spicy. We appreciate the effort put into catering to different taste preferences.

For the price, the food is really good. It's served quickly as well. Our favorite was the hashbrown bites with the garlic seafood seasoning. The petition sizes were bigger than we were expecting too, which is always a good sign. The service was a little curt and apathetic. We had some problem reading the menu and the server just sort of watched us struggle rather than helped us read the blurry menu image that the company provided, but other than the experience was very good!
