Everyone goes to the Changi Village kopitiam, but I'm not sure if anyone knows tucked away at the corner is this bistro bar place. Haven't got a chance to try the food but had a couple of pints of Guinness and it was good and comfy. Each one at $11, its wonderful. Passed by in the evening and saw actually quite a lot of people as well with lots of beer flowing, great vibe! Cheers!

Had dinner at Charlie’s on Saturday evening. Haven’t been here for years…way before i started looking at Google reviews. Happy to see that great food and ambience have not changed. Service is wonderful too. Family-run and feels like it (in the warm, welcoming sense). After years of eating the always-excellent fish n chips, I tried Charlie’s burger (house special) for a change…was really tasty. I’ll be back again to try the bacon cheese burger that Aunty recommended.

Had a beef burger that was beefy and delish. Fish & Chips were good. Enjoyed also our beer. Good service provided by James. Good ambience in a hawker centre.

The service was exceptionally great. The service staff was so friendly and helpful. Food was served quickly too and when we were contemplating if the food was enough, she actually advised us to order later if we needed more, which is very rarely seen in these days to avoid food wastage. Their beers were priced reasonably and they have a wide selection of overseas beers available too. One thing I feel lacking is some nice music to go along, but being located next to residential housing, I cannot complain much about it.
